 JACKSON
started trying to grab everything and wants to put everything in his mouth
grabs his own hands :3
smiles at whoever ISN'T holding him
always loves watching mya, but for some reason, never smiles at her (though i think it's b/c she doesn't specifically smile at him, she's just playing with him)
got his first real bad sickness. congestion in the chest, he was wheezing and having trouble breathing so his sleep wasn't good for 2 nights (was just like a flashback to infant days..) but recovered fairly quickly, and like mya, even though he was sick, he was still in good spirits
had like 2 weeks of 1-2 wakeups per night, but after he got sick, was back to being up every 2 hours.. yowza. thankfully back to about 2 nightly wakeups now, though going to start sleep training soon
can do tummy time for like 10m sometimes! still not rolling over
loves to chat! sometimes oohs and ahhs when he's really sleepy until he gets tired and just closes his eyes. such a cutie.
loves looking at people. doesn't seem to have stranger danger as he didn't cry at the doc's!

MYA
new love: playing in her cave (made with the nugget) with popo and having a picnic/playing with her dolls
got her first real boo boo :( she cut hit her mouth and cut her lip (slightly) from the playground at school, and then on the same day, also had the swing run into her nose which caused her a runny nose. the teachers wiped her down 2x and carlo caught a pic of her with blood on her face, but apparently, she didn't even cry!! what a g =) she got that from her mama!
potty training! she got it down pretty pat after 1 week. still can't believe it's been a month and she's pretty much fully potty trained now (with exception of naps + nights). no issues with pooping or public toilets (surprisingly!)
always wants to bring ONE toy to bed to sleep with her, and always bring the same toy out when she wakes up in the morning
new fav show: BLIPPI!!! loves it so much. hasn't requested for anything else.
always is in denial when she sees her own diaper when she wakes up (this is not my diaper. this is jackson's diaper!!) lol cuz we tell her diapers are for babies but then we still use them for nights/naps
likes pretending to be a baby dog. so funny cuz i tell her to be a sad baby dog and she sadly goes "woof woof"
